There was already a Rycote InVision system for narrow shotgun microphones, for instance, perfect for broadcasting etc., but now there's also an InVision shockmount for large-diaphragm recording microphones. This universal system also offers a USM-VB version, fit for microphones with a diameter between 55 and 68 mm. It can handle temperatures of -35 to over 100 degrees Celsius - you can definitely entrust your mic to it.

Rycote InVision USM with Lyre

The Rycote InVision USM system counters noise efficiently, thanks to the integration of the patented Lyre system, which consists of unbreakable clamps that retain their flexibility, even in cold weather! It is especially popular in studios and theatres, but is also handy for integration in fixed systems. Besides the USM-VB version, the universal USM is available, which is fit for nearly any large-diaphragm microphone, while the USM-L version is suited for microphones with a diameter between 18 and 55 mm.
